Role
Senior Designer
Led the end-to-end design of a new microsite experience for EverHealth, from initial discovery through launch. Starting with a blank slate, I defined the site architecture, mapped user flows, and developed first-generation page templates. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals, and validated the user experience through stakeholder feedback and iterative improvements.
EverHealth had no standalone website — just a single page on the parent company’s site. As the brand gained visibility and added more products to its portfolio, the team needed a digital foundation that could grow with it.
Here’s what we were up against:
🛑 No standalone website presence
🛑 Low brand awareness and clarity
🛑 Existing branding felt like a generic tech startup and didn’t resonate with healthcare customers
🛑 Need to align visually with a modern healthcare audience
🛑 Prepping the groundwork for more product brands to roll under the EH umbrella
We designed a clean, scalable site that clearly communicates who EverHealth is and what they offer — while laying the groundwork for future brand rollouts.
✅ Created the first full homepage and supporting pages (blog, contact, etc.)
✅ Established a flexible content structure for future growth
✅ Brought in modern typography, friendly colors, and clean layouts
✅ Introduced brand cohesion across product logos and messaging
✅ Built in accessibility and responsiveness from the start
Here’s how we got there:
– Discovery & Goals
↳ Audited existing pages and visual language
↳ Defined goals for content hierarchy, conversion, and visual consistency
– Wireframing
↳ Sketched layout ideas and user journeys
↳ Defined global elements: nav, footer, CTAs
– UI Design & Branding
↳ Crafted clean, user-friendly layouts with EverHealth’s brand personality
↳ Introduced a soft, trustworthy color palette and modern type system
– Collaboration
↳ Worked closely with the brand and dev teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
↳ New, standalone web presence that gives EverHealth a digital home
↳ Clearer communication of product suite and brand story
↳ Flexible foundation for future expansion
↳ Modern UX and visual design that aligns with healthcare expectations
↳ Accessibility baked in from the start
Lessons Learned:
↳ A brand can’t grow without a clear digital presence — this site unlocked that
↳ We were intentional about designing for scalability from day one
↳ Visual cohesion across EverHealth and its product brands will only become more important as the ecosystem grows
Next steps:
↳ Continue rolling additional brands under the EH site umbrella
↳ Optimize existing pages based on traffic + user data
↳ Prepare for phase 2: more product storytelling and deep content
↳ Enhance brand consistency with newly setup EverHealth Design System.
This was the first real moment EverHealth got to introduce itself to the world. And as a designer, it was exciting to help shape that first impression — not just with clean visuals, but with thoughtful UX and brand clarity.
